What started as a food truck first company in Washington has grown into a thriving restaurant brand with locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Arizona, and Texas. Over the years, Cascadia Pizza Co. has expanded from its roots in the Pacific Northwest to serve communities across the country, while staying true to the same mission that started it all, crafting high quality wood fired pizza and having best customer service.
In addition to our restaurants, we have also earned a reputation as a premier wood fired pizza event caterer, proudly serving our award winning pizza at events across the region, and now country.

We take great pride in serving American crafted wood fired pizza. We believe that not all pizzas are created equally, and strive to push the limit of where our unique flavor combinations can take us.
We source the vast majority of our food products from local vendors. Our mission is to use higher quality ingredients while tapping into the bounty of Northwest flavors.
We use Mugnaini ovens that are imported directly from Italy & use locally sourced wood to heat our ovens— by doing so we are merging old world pizza traditions with new school flavors.
With fresh house-made salads, delicious wood fired wings, and our ever-expanding menu of wood fired pizzas, Cascadia Pizza Co. can accommodate all!
