Cascadia Pizza Co. has been serving wood fired pizza to the greater Seattle and South King County area since 2015.

Our business began as a food truck first company, and has since developed into a thriving storefront in Enumclaw, Maple Valley, North Bend & Bellevue, Washington, as well as Rathdrum and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. We have also gained the reputation as the Northwest’s premier wood fired pizza event caterer. We are honored to serve our award-winning pizza throughout the Pacific Northwest!

Eat Together

Our Maple Valley location offers a covered and heated patio with premier riverview seating. We also offer seating in our beer garden equipped with beautiful river views, trail access & more casual dining. We pride ourselves in our universal dining experience, great for any occasion.

At our Bellevue Restaurant & Brewery, we can seat up to 300 people in the tap house, not including our private dining rooms. Our casual and fast dining experience makes Bellevue a premier spot to host small parties, meetings, or get-togethers with friends or coworkers!

Alongside our Washington locations, our North Idaho locations offer an extensive beer and wine menu, as well as beautiful outdoor dining spaces.

Both children and dogs are welcome in any vicinity of our outdoor dining!

Neapolitan-Inspired Pizza

 

We take great pride in serving Neapolitan-inspired, wood fired pizza. We believe that not all pizzas are created equally, and strive to push the limit of where our unique flavor combinations can take us.

We source the vast majority of our food products from local vendors. Our mission is to use higher quality ingredients while tapping into the bounty of Northwest flavors.

We use Forza Forni ovens that are imported directly from Italy & use locally sourced applewood to heat our ovens— by doing so we are merging old world pizza traditions with new school flavors.

With fresh house-made salads, delicious wood fired wings, and our ever-expanding menu of wood fired pizzas, Cascadia Pizza Co. can accommodate all grubbers!

 

The Owners

THOMAS REINHARD

OWNER

Thomas is a native of Maple Valley and a proud graduate of Tahoma High School. After earning a degree in political science from Pepperdine University, Thomas returned to the Seattle area in 2016 to pursue a law degree at Seattle University, earning his Juris Doctorate and passing the Bar Exam in 2019. He has a varied background in business development, forensic accounting, and business law. Thomas’ story with Cascadia began after he brought the Butcher to a job interview to successfully convince a law firm to give him a summer internship. He’s been passionate about bringing Cascadia to our local communities ever since!

CHRISTIAN BUCK

Christian has seen Cascadia Pizza Co. evolve over the few short years of its operation. He is a highly talented pizza chef who works tirelessly to make sure Cascadia’s operations are running smoothly. Christian approaches owning Cascadia Pizza Co. with a similar attitude to being on a sports team and greatly enjoys sharing his knowledge of the pizza making process with others. Christian is a Kent, Washington native who loves serving pizza to his local community!

CALVIN FREATMAN

OWNER

Calvin is incredibly excited to bring Cascadia Pizza to the masses! Calvin serves Cascadia Pizza Co. in a variety of different internal roles but insists that his favorite job will always be making pizzas. Calvin has business ownership experience as well as experience managing large, complex teams. Calvin grew up in Seattle, went away to college at Pepperdine University and to live abroad, and has found his way back several years later. Calvin formerly had the belief that most pizzas were created equal, until he had Cascadia Pizza Co’s.
